Thai Kickboxing

This class uses kicks, punches, elbows and knees and military style calisthenics to get you in the best shape of your life. This is not a cardio only class. You will work hard, learn and drill combatives techniques. The class is designed for all levels of experience and it’s a great way to work on your conditioning regardless of whether you are just starting, and are looking to get in shape, or a more advance student looking to better your skills. Training takes place inside and outside. Lightweight MMA boxing gloves are mandatory.
